In the upper left side of the web page click, either click on the shopping cart or on the text which says

Store Search and Shop

SEARCH FUNCTION

When the search page loads, enter a product that you would like to find. I will take you through a sample search. Enter the search word or phrase. For a general search make sure to highlight the button titled “Any Words”. For a more specific search make sure to choose the button titled “exact phrase.” For a search result using your exact word critera, highlight the button titled “all words”. For this search we will use “any words”, the default setting. There is also an advanced function which I will explain in more detail later in this letter.

Step 4

Enter “reeds” in the search box. You can also choose a category to search. For the time being use the default all categories. We are in the process of categorizing all products so when you use the advanced search you will be able to define your search using more detailed criteria

You will be given a result for all products containing the word “reeds”

Step 6

One of the first results for this search is the Hemke Alto Saxophone reeds. Choose the quantity to order and click the “Add to Cart” button

Step 7

At both the top bar and bottom bar of the page you will see the word “checkout”. Click here to start the checkout process

Step 8

You are then taken to the product summary page. Check your order and then click on the “Checkout” button in the lower right hand corner of the page or the checkout text in the top bar.

When you click on checkout you will be taken to the customer sign in and checkout page. Since you will be a new customer fill out the new customer information on the right hand side of the page.  When you return on later visits to our site, you will be able to enter your email address and password to access your account information. Under the sign in section of the page is a tab link to click if you forget your password.

You are next taken to the shipping information page. You can click the drop down menu to enter information automatically from your saved profile. There is an option for you at the bottom of this page for you to use the same data for you billing information.

Click the “continue” button.

You are then taken to the order and shipping summary page. For school accounts you can use the special instructions box to let us know to bill to your school account. Also choose “PO” from the drop down menu for payment method in the lower right hand corner of the page.

Step 13

Your students and their parents can also use this site to order products. If the parents of your students wish to order they will be prompted for credit card information by choosing the credit card option.

On the left hand side of the page choose shipping method

Click Continue button at the lower right portion of the page.

Step 16

When the payment page comes up and you are ordering with a purchase order number, enter the purchase order number in the box on the left hand side of the page. If you are ordering and you do not have a purchase order, just enter a generic number such as your name or school name and the date.

Step 17

Click on the “Complete Order” button.

Step 18

You will be then taken to the order confirmation page. Click the “View” button to see an order summary. You will also be given an order number at the top of the confirmation page.

Step 19

Please note that if you are given a shipping amount on your summary, we will not charge you shipping if we are delivering the order to your school for you. If you wish us to ship the order to you we will charge a shipping fee. Orders over $100 are automatically set to have no charge for shipping. Close your browser to exit the site.
